"I have been to many hotels around the world and this is by far one of the best customer service I have experienced. The staff went beyond what they should do to make sure that we have a good experience. Hotel room was amazing well worth the price. I wish I could stay longer but we were there only for transit.

Just that the mattress of the room is too soft which affects our sleeping quality. Fortunately, the housekeeper help to lay out a hard mat over the bed so that we can sleep well.
