They were kind, friendly, taking the lead to respond to my needs, very accomodating because I was alone with my motocycle, and smily as soon as we enter in the hotel. It was odd but it was fine, the front desk staff offered to fix it but I declined as it wasn’t a big deal. Would stay again. "
