An exceptionally good experience.
Absolutely outstanding in every way. The check in was fast and easy. The clerk immediately found my reservation. I had my key in a matter or only a minute or two. He gave me easy to follow instructions. Despite the COVID pandemic, a safe breakfast was available with a few choices to take to my room or car. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and polite. One could not ask for a better experience.

Super clean & comfy, doubled up on incidental hold
Our room was great. It was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have ever slept in. The room was clean and comfortable. I wish there had been a trash can in the bathroom, so I just moved one of the other ones. I LOVED the hook up console in the tv where you could hook up various electronics, including a computer. We didn’t have the Covid to-go breakfast, so I can’t speak to that. As far as the room, it was fantastic, but I am truly disappointed by the customer service. Everyone was professional, however, when checking in they placed two holds on my account for incidentals, not just one. That was $100 of my money tied up. The worker said he would try and fix it. I never heard back from him, so I talked to someone the next day at checkout. She said there was nothing she could do and I would have to speak with Kelsey, the sales director on Monday because “it’s the weekend.” I can’t believe they don’t have someone that can resolve issues on the weekend! So, I called Kelsey who told me I had to speak to Rob and that he would call me when he came into work. He told me that the holds would be released at midnight of the day we checked out. To me, this is an unacceptable chain of events. I truly enjoyed our room but do not feel that customer satisfaction was at the core of their interactions in trying to solve this issue.

The hotel was full all weekend but it was still very quiet and clean. Breakfast was nice you got to choose what items you wanted although it was a grab and go. Front desk was very friendly. The room was large enough for 5 of us and comfortable.
