Good
The place was good enough for the price. The staff was very nice, the place was clean but dated. Our room faced the highway so we heard the trucks and the train and that made it difficult to sleep. I would stay at this hotel again

Just. No.
Guy at desk was rude. No breakfast. Remote didn’t work for anything to turn the tv on. Pool was hot and dirty. Bed was hard. Will not be returning.

Check in with Savon was quick and easy! Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Due to COVID I brought a black light with us on trip. This was the 3rd hotel of trip and by far the most dirty. Beds were clean but handles and bathroom were big fails.

This place is a mess shower was falling apart all the painting on the walls peeling off the place is connected to an apartment complex which lies in the middle of the hotel the apartment complex is a drug house to say the least this is a place I would not stay the pictures online are not updated it’s a smoke screen the whole place is run down bad !

Poor
Horrible would not recommend
The beds are awful, the whole place has a dirty feel, and if you have any dietary restrictions you have to pay for your breakfast. The staff is very unhelpful, i also got a call 5 days after we checked out that we had left something, 5 days!!

Very good
Daily room service was great . I enjoyed having a microwave and fridge. I could not figure out where all the Nats were coming from that weee flying around inside my room. The AC kept room very cool. The cable is great with 3 HBO channels. I loved my view of downtown. The internet worked nice as well, due to me working remotely for a week I was there Having good internet was vital . They offered a daily breakfast, that’s real nice .

Comfortable stay
It was a decent stay at the Ramada. My only complaint is that the room was a locked door away from the next tenant. Overall it was fine for a dog friendly hotel. We enjoyed the free breakfast provided which was a nice change with Covid-19 restrictions.
