"In Its' day this place was a showplace. It is still very nice with the largest lobby that I have seen maybe ever. The hotel is a bit tired. It will be a massive undertaking to bring it up to where it was in its prime. Bar was good. Food looked really good. Outdoor pool was large and clean. I paid a fair rate. It was a good value. "

"The room was one of the most spacious I have ever been, very clean and upon entering there was such a nice clean aroma!! It also helps that the shuttle drives every 30 mins to the airport very convenient!!"

"Very close to airport which is why we stayed. Shuttle to and from airport was extremely convenient. Beds were typical hotel beds, not the greatest but we only stayed overnight to catch an early flight. Would stay again if flying out of IAH. "
