Smelly, dingy apartment.
These “apartments” are poorly taken care of! My apartment was SMELLY. The cupboards and bathroom and carpet and shades were in terrible shape. The pillows smelled awful. I was never provided a number to check in, and when we finally got someone (by luck) to help us, he was grumpy. I moved out after one night, it was so bad. I have requested a refund, but I am not optimistic. I am not normally a complainer, either. Expedia needs to take this off the list! Never stay here.

Good room
Only problems: the smell coming from the toilet/sewage system was unbearable and I had to break the rules about leaving the outside door locked so as to not feel sick. also, the construction work next door started at 6.45 each morning and 6.30 am on SATURDAY. It was outrageous and unbearable. I liked the room but these are my two pieces of feedback. If I'd known about construction works I would have stayed elsewhere.

It’s a nice a little place to stay, a good size. The shower was very disappointing with the amount of little water that comes out. The noise from upstairs and next store was disappointing. The new building go up next door and the early morning noise didn’t help to have a sleep in.

Great place to stay at this price level, walkable to shopping, restaurants, transit and South Bank Parklands. We parked our car and did not use at all while in Brisbane. Only drawback was the construction next door started early, and the bbq seemed to be out of order while we were there, so a cooktop would have been a nice addition. All check in and out was done without seeing anyone so we had to find someone for the gate remote code, we tried to extend our stay but they were completely booked so we carried on to the Goldcoast.
