"Pros: Rooms and grounds are beautiful, new and spacious. You truly feel like you’ve been transported when you arrive. The screened in porches are a very nice touch. Beds are very comfortable. The service by the pool was quick and they were very attentive. Spa staff also very friendly.
Cons: For an Auberge and for the type of experience you expect from this caliber of property - they are seriously missing the mark.
Linettes: The service was subpar. I’m not sure if it was the waiters...

"In general love the location and options. Also great its dog friendly. Negative ia we asked multiple times for room cleaning at front desk and it didn't happen the 4days there. Additionally the elevator was broken. The pool rule to wear bracelets was odd for a weekday when pool unpopulated. The manager asking people where they were was not very nice about it "

"The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very nice every morning and the staff was always refilling things. There are a ton of restaurants right across the street and all had great food. There are a few free buses right across the street/in the are that can take you closer to other areas, so that was great. The pool was nice but does need a bit more upkeep, but we still used it. Overall very nice stay here."

loves this hotel! The service, the amenities, the food, the location. It’s all so perfect. Plus being pet friendly means our fur baby gets to travel too. It’s our 6th time staying and I can’t imagine ever visiting Charleston and not using this as our home base."

"I stayed as a visit to the law school campus with my daughter. As soon as we entered, e were greeted by 3 staff members with big smiles. The staff was incredibly friendly! Location was decent enough. We did walk to King Street but had to watch our route and definitely wouldn’t do it at night. There was a Publix and coffee shop around the corner which was convenient. The coffee maker in my room didn’t work and every time I tried to call the front desk, the line was busy, leading me to believe...
