The old adage is you get what you pay for. This is an older property with a large number of long-term occupants/residents. What you see online and what you see in person are wo very different things. That being said, everyone there is very friendly and helpful. The same long term occupants who may initially give you pause, end up very friendly and helpful. They have created a nice little community there. This place isn't for everyone but in a pinch it works just fine. It's definitely no frills.

I knew the area of which the hotel was in so some of their rules they had I can understand. The staff was friendly and helpful especially when there was no remote in the room for the TV. They was able to find one and bring to my room. The room was not like it showed in the pictures. I requested a non-smoking room with a refrigerator. There was no refrigerator and an ash tray in the room. Nightstand and TV stand didn’t look good, the shower was almost big enough for an average adult to fit in. Had to clean up water on the floor around the shower when through. The door to the room was way off and could see light between the door and frame all the way around it. It also let bugs in. The A/C system was on its last leg it sounded like, but it did cool the room well. Would I recommend this place? No, not even to my worse enemy.

There were roaches everywhere, trash under the beds, had to slam body up against door to close it, bathroom door didn't latch and stuck, booked a room with infant included in the booking and got a room with a shower so that wasn't great. Water got hot though. Totally unsafe and won't be bringing my family here again!

I’ll start off with saying the staff was absolutely amazing! So friendly and welcoming. The downside was the pictures shown when renting definitely don’t match. The property is definitely in need of an upgrade as the room I was in looked like it could have been involved in a crime of some sort. Holes in the walls, couldn’t shut bathroom door, also had a hole in it. The walls were dirty. The bed was comfortable. The pool looked ummm sketchy so I didn’t use it. I mean give it a make over and it could be at least a 4 star. It’s in a convenient area so there’s that . And get rid of the weed smell it was definitely over powering in some spots.
