This quiet hotel was perfectly located to tour the city with several dining options nearby. We walked everywhere and loved our massive room and balcony!!! We also were wowed by the wonderfully kind and helpful staff. I felt like I was visiting family. There were only two issues during our stay. The elevator was not operational one day due to a maintenance issue but the service elevator was an option. We also had no hot water the last night and morning of our stay resulting in a small but appreciated discount for our visit. Even so, we would stay with them again.

The accomodations were excellent, clean and well-designed for comfort. The extra and above expectations extra services (happy hour wine and cheese, port wine and cookies at night) were a pleasant surprise. The staff was incredibly focused on our well-being, especially Kim at the desk, Kevin responsible for baggage and above-all Bob who seemed to run the whole establishment single-handedly. Breakfast could be more varied.

This is the second time we have stayed at Inn . Each time has been wonderful. When checking in we were greeted with champagne and a smile. Our room was great and the staff was always so helpful when we asked questions.. The Inn is located in the middle of everything so we walked to shopping and restaurants. Every night we had cheese and wine and bartender was great . Can not say enough about how wonderful The French Quarter Inn is.
