"Great location and easy walk to Hallestadium. . Underground car park with good size spaces for CHF29 per night. Room with kitchen was a good size and well equiped. 44sq. All was good apart from the reception staff, it would be a fantastic improvement if they were polite, mannerly and know their job well."

"Although the location is utilitarian, it's a nice property with, when it's open, a fine restaurant. Rooms are excellent and the whole place is spotless. Unfortunately, it's a little characterless and has extremely limited F&B service outside "standard" hours. Arriving at 10pm on Sunday, there was nothing available to eat or drink. Also, there is no air conditioning in the room and it was far too hot"

When asked to change the room, receptionist said there was no other room available within our rate. Pillows were not comfortable and it was hot in the room.
