Great place to stay if you need to stay near the airport. The staff was very friendly and they went out of their way to help ua when our TV had a problem. It is near from the train station that we were able to go to Old Town and enjoy dinner. The shuttle ia vwry convenient and they have options for breakfast starting at 4 am for early flights. Very quiet in the rooms, being so close to the airport. Rooms could use a little better cleaning. Food and airport shuttle are quite expensive for what you get.

10/10 Exceptional

It was not my go-to to reserve at an American chain hotel, but in the end I realized it was a good choice, and it turned out to be perfect for me. Clean, efficient, great staff, nice rooms and also a lovely patio to eat on (you can always count on smokers in Switzerland)--the breakfast is serviceable and comes with the room, the shuttle costs 10CHF ($14?) per person, which is a bit ridiculous for our standards but typical--an uber cost us less. I'd stay here again for an airport overnight.

10/10 Exceptional

We had a nice room big enough for a queen bed and a hideabed for our 15 year old grandson. Given how many guests there were and how close to the airport, we had good sleeps in a quiet atmoshphere. We have to compliment the hotel on the garden/terrace area with tables outside and the large restaurant area inside with glass surrounding us - a spacious, welcoming space for guests. We appreciated the lemon water and croissants the hotel provided in the lobby and the friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was incredible - the best we have ever experienced in our travels in Europe and North America. Thank you so much for the variety and quality of food served and the great range of coffee drinks you provided. It made our stay very memorable. Much appreciated.
