We were only here for one night. I booked it as I wanted to have drinks on the patio and look at the city. We went up just before 10 and were informed they were closing the patio as it was not busy enough. They said we could stay for one drink only. I had to beg for a seat cushion as they had taken them all away and I was in a dress and did not want to sit on chairs without a cushion. I was very begrudgingly given one, The large group behind us were in the same boat only allowed to have one drink and no cushions. I listened to them talk about other places they could go and it was not the only rooftop patio in Paris and not even the best one. Two other groups of people came in after us and were turned away. They claimed they were closing as they were not busy but it would have been more than half full if they served all the people they turned away. The hotel staff was not really accommodating I wanted to pay in cash as I wanted to use up some Euros and only if I had the exact cost could they take it. Much to their disappointment, I did. If we did not have a bad experience with the rooftop patio I would not have cared about the rest but come on even as I write this review the picture of the hotel is the rooftop patio. So it is all about the roof top.

Good Hotel in a good price
The Rochechouart Hotel is very Parisian in style. It's located in a heart of Montmartre district which is great place to start your sightseeing adventure in Paris. The Hotel is great but rooms are quite small. Breakfast service is very disappointing, I do not recommend it.
