For starters I messaged the hotel and they never answered. We then arrived at the airport and phoned them 7 times and they answered the call from our taxi driver and cut him off halfway through before he can get the right directions as the address online was taking us somewhere else. The taxi driver kept calling until they answered again and got the directions. When we finally got to the hotel they were not really interested in our story and how frustrating it was being on a meter taxi and in the wrong place and didn’t want to get out until we get to the hotel. That said the room was clean but no coffee or milk so we ask the receptionist who directed us next door for a small cup of coffee costing 4.50 euros.

OK-could be better
The property in itself is great value and the room was spacious. They didn’t have shampoo and conditioner or even have a holder for a loofa in the shower or anything. We had to ask to get our room cleaned the 3rd day since they didn’t do it daily. I guess it’s a French thing that rooms need cleaning requests to get cleaned. The phone in the room does not have any guide on how to call the front desk or concierge which was really inconvenient. The room doesn’t have air conditioning so we had to open the windows for cool air and it was quite noisy outside. The pros of the property are the friendliness of the concierge and the location is not that bad. It’s about a 15-20 Uber ride to Champs Elyses depending on the traffic. The place was spacious as I mentioned but lacked amenities like actual soap, shampoo and conditioner.

New clean hotel on 17th st 11mins walk metro
This was a nice experience; the hotel still has a few things to work on: 1) no air conditioning ? (It was hot and that’s what front desk told me) 2) front desk should be able to provide better maps and directions to tourist attractions 3) being entitled to only 1 cleaning of our hotel room when our stay was 1 week. 4) the stove in hotel room does not get hot enough to actually cook anything. 5) guests should not have to pay extra to use pool 6) advertisement says garden view but we actually got a view of gravel of rocks with undeveloped land overlooking the highway; hotel is located near /across from a hospital which has sirens going off constantly ( when you have no AC you must put up with this sound when opening window to sleep). On the contrary note, the hand and body soap provided was really nice. Also, the free baguettes and chocolate croissants at the front desk each morning was a nice touch. The room was really clean. It’s good value for the location - walking distance to Paris flea market, sacred heart monmontre, opera etc.

Three Star out of city center!
We arrived early and were not able to check in until 2 pm. Although we were able to leave our luggage there. We were able lounge on the sixth floor until 2. The breakfast was worth the money for a few days. There is a train station close by that will get you to the Eiffel Tower. You can see the lighting of the Eiffel Tower from the sixth floor of the hotel. There is a bus stop close by the hotel. There is a bakery that is close to the hotel. The hotel is a bit out of the tourist areas in a more commercial building area. So you have to travel to see the sights. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom. The rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable.

Good 6.0
The hotel entrance was located after a bunch of different bars and restaurants. They let us check in a little early because we were sitting in their small lobby area. Their luggage storage is literally just putting your luggage behind their receptionists desk. The air conditioning was controlled by the hotel and not specific to each room. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel. Across the street they were putting in a playground and something else. Around the corner in the building the hotel was located in they were building something and across the street from that there were putting in a new building. There is also a police station nearby so there were siren going off all the time. And outside our hotel room window (which we kept open because of the stuffiness in the room) we heard loud talking and laughing from the bar right below until late in the night.
