The hotels is in an excellent location with many stores and restaurants, plus great transit links. 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. We went to the grocery store and bakery 5 minutes away for breakfast and lunch. Nice sitting area in the hotel lobby. Note that the rooms are quite small,.but I've stayed in smaller in Paris for more money! Overall, great value for money.

The room did not have a refrigerator or a safe, even though we expected those basic amenities. On top of that, during all four nights of our stay, the air conditioning barely worked. It constantly felt like it was stuck on the lowest fan setting. We reported the issue to the hotel, and someone came to fix it. It worked for a short time, but during the night the air conditioning stopped working completely. We woke up in a hot room and were unable to sleep comfortably. This was a very disappointing experience. When you can’t sleep properly, you can’t rest, and that completely affects your ability to enjoy your vacation. We paid for a comfortable stay, and unfortunately, that is not what we received. We expected much better service and accommodations. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The bar served very good cocktails, and the staff was always friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, I did not like the room at all. It was missing basic amenities such as a refrigerator and a safe, and the air conditioning barely worked during our stay. Despite reporting the issue, the problem was never fully resolved. Overall, the room was a major disappointment and negatively affected our experience.
