A four star hotel should not be self service.
The hotel whilst nice enough left me feeling empty and ripped off. I can not recommend it, as for the cost, you can stay somewhere else that will be equally plush with breakfast included and personal service. The service was impersonal and overall felt consistently rude. The concierge service isn’t a concierge service, it is the front desk ,and they refused to assist with getting attraction tickets on our behalf. The spa is available for one hour per day of your stay which you have to book. With 33 rooms and only 24 hours in a day this means that some guests are disappointed. We fell into this category, our first night had no availability, the second day the receptionist failed to book us into the only spot at 14:00. We finally got a spot at 19:00 on the final night of our stay, which was nice and a good way to relax before heading out to dine in the evening. Hugely frustrating though, a big influence in my decision to book was because of the advertised Spa and we only had one hour on one night in there. I raised my complaint to the hotel at the end of my stay and the receptionist was professional and apologetic but only offered a refund of a single glass of red wine, that I had poured myself as recompense for the disappointment. Avoid, it’s just not worth the money.

Great stay in Paris for work.
Hotel is boutique and really nice. Great area with lots of surrounding coffee shops. The breakfast is 18euro each morning but there are great alternatives around the hotel should you want to get something a little less pricey. The only 2 things I would say that are a little negative is the air conditioning in the room wasn’t turned on to cool so the only options I had were for hot or just completely off and due to the weather being a heatwave it was very hot during the night. I believe this gets turned to cool in the summer but it was still a little frustrating. Another thing is the water in the room, this on the first night is complimentary but that’s it. They don’t fill it up again after the first night which again seemed a little strange given the empty water bottle was in your room for the entire trip. Other than that the actual hotel and rooms were beautiful and the location is amazing - I would 100% stay again (the staff were also super friendly) TOP TIP opt for a room on higher floors to save noise - it’s not that bad but in case you like something super quite opt for a higher floor, I started on the first floor and wasn’t bad but when I opened my balcony doors it could get quite loud.

Modern hotel with great service!
Great hotel, great location and good service. The rooms are new and inviting, we got a room with a balcony towards the silent backyard (Superior room). The breakfast was good, and a plus for having a coffee maker in the room to get started in the morning. We tried the Spa area (you need to book it for an hour at a time) - it was nice and clean, albeit smaller than it appeared on the photos. Another plus for a wi-fi with high speed, something that's not too common in France We were in Paris for a weekend during the "Gilet Jaune" riots (lasted the full saturday), but the hotel employees and owners were good at dealing with it and making sure their guests were safe. A small minus that they told us it would be best to stay in the room all day, and that all shops and restaurants would be closed when they weren't (not outside the Champs Elysees area). Still, they were probably just being extra cautious as hosts.

This hotel is in the perfect tourist location, 5 minutes from opera and a 10-15 minute stroll down to the louvre. Auber station 5 minutes away takes you directly to Disneyland. We were told by staff the hotel opened 5 months ago. Everything in the hotel is top notch and brand new. It’s a small hotel, 6 floors and 6 rooms on each floor. The rooms are very comfortable and stylish. The rooms are small though, as is characteristic of Parisian hotels. My family and I had 2 adjoining rooms (303 and 304). You also get private access to the mini pool and the hot room for an hour. Next to the hotel is a supermarket which has everything you may need for breakfast and snacks. Special thanks to the staff as every single hotel personnel was super helpful and nice, always a smile on their face making sure their guests are doing well. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will visit again when in Pari.

Excellent Hotel
Great hotel. Very convenient location and extremely helpful staff. Room was typical size for France, but perfectly comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. I really appreciated the windows that were very effective at completely eliminating outside street noise (and not a very busy street anyway). Excellent wifi and very good breakfast. Only very slight deficiency was the lack of a closet to hang things, although there was a small rack attached to the desk with some hangers. Overall, this was an excellent choice at a very good price for my stay. I am planning to make this my "go to" spot for trips to Paris.
