Excellent location. Flat exactly as in picture. On arrival at 7am everything was ready for check in.I was very grateful for that. Communication with management was entirely by email. Heving spent 15 nights there - far above the average stay - I was somewhat surprised to be charged $ 40 for extra cleaning of towels! That is petty bureaucracy in action rather than sound business sense at work!

This is an apart hotel without enough towels or staff for the guests staying at. Rooms are not cleaned deeply. Not washing machine for the hotel. It’s a public one for the other tenants of the building. You need to wait for 2 hours to use them. No front desk people. Yo need to run to take your suitcases from their office.

Pros- safe neighborhood, nice and clean building, close to supermarket, metro station and restaurants. Cons-front desk people don’t speak English and they are not “zip people”, we had to communicate with google translate. We had a bad checkin experience because the “zip people” were not in the office. However the office people were helpful if you can get hold of them. Office is closed Friday afternoon until Monday morning. They only replace towels every 7 days. There’s only one floor model air conditioning in bedroom and it’s very loud, think about it if you are a light sleeper. Website stated NO pets but there are lots of pet.

O melhor de las condes

Flat é impecável, limpo, tem sistema de aquecimento, o que tornou a estadia um milhão de vezes mais confortável visto que pegamos dias frios em santiago. Ótima localização em las condes, é bem perto do metro. Tem um mercado nas proximidades, mas poucas opções de comida/restaurantes nos arredores. O flat tem um ótimo espaço de guardar roupas, o que ajudou muito na organização. Outra coisa surpreendente, é a vista do flat, dá pra ver as cordilheiras do apartamento, só consegui notar isso nos ultimos dias, visto que tava muito nublado nos primeiros dias. Unica observação é que para estadias mais longas, a cozinha tem poucos utensílios.

Apart maravilhoso

Fiquei hospedada no apart hotel no quarto 1311 e a experiência foi excelente. O apartamento é espaçoso, com sala e cozinha bem equipadas, o que trouxe muito conforto durante a estadia. A limpeza estava impecável e o ambiente é silencioso, ideal para descansar. A segurança do prédio transmite muita tranquilidade e o apart tem fechadura eletrônica nas portas, a calefação funcionou perfeitamente, garantindo bem-estar pois os dias estavam frios. Um ponto alto foi a vista incrível do quarto para as cordilheiras, realmente de tirar o fôlego. A localização em Las Condes é maravilhosa. O bairro é bonito, moderno e muito seguro, próximo a tudo que se precisa. Recomendo sem reservas e certamente voltaria!

Excelente ubicacion y muy comodo para estancias semanales, cuenta con cocina por si quieres hacer tu comida. El lugar solo presentaba algunas marcas de uso como paredes que requieren limpieza, pero fuera de eso estaba muy comodo, cama, toallas, cocineta, todo limpio.

Gostei da acomodação, atendeu bem ao casal. Não cozinhei, mas pra quem deseja cozinhar acho que tem poucos utensílios na cozinha. O bairro é muito bom, seguro e o apartamento próximo da estação de metrô Alcântara. A hospedagrm é bem bonita e aconchegante. O único ponto que me incomodou foi o cheiro do apartamento. Achei um cheiro forte de fumaça, que perdurou por toda a estadia (não sei se era algum produto de limpeza, mas era bem forte).
