Our time at the hostel was amazing. From the moment we arrived the staff was welcoming and helpful. In particular, Edith, was kind, personable, and ensured we were taken care of. Such a wonderful experience staying at the hostel. It felt comfortable and was conveniently located. Walkable to the clock tower, all the action of Getsemaní, and an employee even told us about an outdoor workout area over the yellow bridge. Highly recommend :)

Great, friendly staff members! The rooms were tidy and there wasn't anything they didn't have concerning toiletries. The hot tub is cool, and that is needed for the hot, sticky weather.

Zimmer sind etwas klein, jedoch modern eingerichtet und sauber. Hervorragend ist, dass die Zimmer über eine Klimaanlage, einen Kühlschrank und einen Safe verfügen. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Es gibt jeden Tag etwas anderes mit kolumbianischen Spezialitäten. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt und Getsemani sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es verfügt ebenfalls über eine 24-Stunden besetzte Rezeption.

No tengo ningún comentario negativo. Todo super limpio, ordenado y la cama cómoda. Desayuno rico. Trato super amable por parte de todo el personal. El aire acondicionado super bien. El baño me gustó bastante. El Jacuzzi super a gusto. Está mega cerca del Barrio de Getsemaní (a dos minutos caminando). Sin duda, si vuelvo, sería ahí, me faltó la experiencia de la cocina con la Cheff. De ahí todo excelente 🇲🇽
