Staff was amazing, all across the property. Gave us a slice of cake at breakfast to celebrate my gf's birthday. Remembered our room number for the whole stay when arriving for breakfast, ordering at the pool bar, etc. Just excellent hospitality. Great views from the room and balcony. Room was very big, quiet, comfortable and clean. Great, safe, relaxed location, but still walking distance to some restaurants, etc.in Bocagrande. Easy-ish uber into the old city (but be weary of rush hour, can take >30 mins), excellent pool, good breakfast, great for beach access.

Honestly, I only have positive things to say about this hotel. It has a great location, it’s very clean, and it offers parking for guests’ cars. The food at the restaurant is good, but above all, the service is absolutely outstanding. Luisa truly deserves a promotion or at least a raise — she was incredibly attentive, respectful, and kind. All of our questions were always answered, and she was especially thoughtful with the guests, always paying attention to everyone’s needs. This hotel is highly recommended. Oh, and I almost forgot the gym is open 24/7. What more could you ask for?

The staff is so incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. The English in Cartagena is limited amongst locals, but that is no problem with broken Spanish worlds, English and gesticulations. Hotel is located in the newest part of Cartagena which is cheaper than old town, and a bit more quiet. Breakfast which is included, hardly any hotels have this service left, is also good. I would love to come back here again some time.
