About this apartment
PadovaResidence Apartments - AL CORSO elegant 100sqm apartment in the historic center of Padua in Corso Milano 106. Perfect for families or groups of friends, it can accommodate up to 5 people. It is a WONDERFUL APARTMENT spacious, bright, comfortable and very well furnished with a large sitting room full of light where guests can gather, relax and enjoy their time.
It is on the sixth floor (2 elevators). Covered private garage available for free.
If you are travelling by car, a private covered garage for your car is at your disposal and included on the rental.
Well served by shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants. Few minutes walking from the Teatro Verdi and the pedestrian area. The bus stop for the train station is located in front of the house.
It can sleep up to 5 people, two bedrooms: one with king-size bed, second bedroom with two twin beds. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room for the 5th person.
It has a newly bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen separated from the open plan dining and living area. The fully-equipped kitchen has all you need to cook: plenty of dishes, glasses, refrigerator, utensils and cookware, plus microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, free wifi.
Perfect base to experience Padua in the best way and to reach the nearest Venezia, Vicenza and Verona.
We provide excellent quality linen: sheets and towels (one set for each person: 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small + 1 bath mat). For stays over the week, we offer a weekly change of linen and towels.
The apartment is no smoking and no pets.
Taxi and bus stop to the train station are close by, right in front of the house.
A very helpful supermarket META' is just a few steps from the house.

Air conditioning is upon consumption, not included in the rental price.
On demand and availability, we can add a baby cot.
