Excellently looked after Hotel with welcoming and attentive staff. Well kept but like a lot of Venice buildings nothing stunning to look at outside but inside a different story. Welcoming drink voucher given to have in their small bar. Venice not the best for negotiating with big bags! Walkable from St.Lucia station or water taxi possible at a cost. To get to St Marco Square is 30mins and pass Rialto Bridge on way if take right walking way! Lots of great museums to visit.
