From arrival to departure the hotel staff were excellent - informative, helpful, cheerful with a can do attitude. The public areas of the hotel were consistently clean and very well maintained. Our room was lovely - well equipped with everything we needed for our two night stay. Toiletries, towels and bed linen were first class. The air conditioning and window blinds made for a very comfortable nights sleep. The hotel location, overlooking the Tower of London and adjacent to a great transport hub allowed for easy exploration of the city. Will certainly return.

This was an amazingly placed Hotel, just a few steps from Tower Hill tube station. Really funky modern vibe and on one of the hottest weekends just beautifully cool. Our room had everything we needed and was clean. Stunning views and so well located for the tower of London. Loved the iPad control in the room. Huge bed and really comfy. It’s a basic and somewhat plastic feel to the room but well thought out and spotless. Bar was great and the evening food worked just fine.
