Good basic Hotel
Room was a double but barely enough room to move around. There was no room for a wardrobe or shelves to put your clothes. The room was serviced every day whether it needed it or not. So it was clean but maybe not good for their 'green' credentials.

I didn't mind the small size (it is central London after all) and it was reasonably clean. But the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel every spring in the bed! The building is not soundproof at all, I could even hear the other guests' phone vibrate through the walls!

Bathroom was very tight for a bigger person. No aircon. Bed extremely small for two and uncomfortable. No lift (although they did offer to try and find me a room on a lower floor). Towels smelled of bleach
