The location is great. But if you arrive before 3pm, the hotel is closed, you will not be able to get in. Luckily we snuck in through the parking lot because it was not communicated to me that the hotel would be closed before 3pm, and we left our luggage at the front desk. Our luggage was searched through, probably by cleaning people who took in our luggage. Also the lobby is on the second floor and some rooms located on 3rd floor, no elevator.

Negatives Purchased a larger room with sofa bed not provided, Front desk says they don't have those anymore Kitchenette has no stove Phones in the room do not work. The hotel's phone system is shut down The room is so dark, very weak light bulbs At night when I'm using the microwave in the kitchen, I have to use my flashlight on my phone just to see the numbers on the microwave. Three flights of stairs to get to the lobby No elevator This hotel's not for old people they have to use a lot of stairs Feel like I overpaid for this hotel What I paid for and what I got, was not the Same thing

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, es perfecto para pasar unos días en Orizaba, sin que esperes estar mucho tiempo en las habitaciones, ya que son pequeñas, pero muy cómodas, el espacio muy limpio, de fácil acceso,siempre y cuando estés familiarizado con el sistema de acceso automatizado y obtengas la información con tiempo, para poder llegar sin probñemas.
