Great staff
Staff is absolutely great and very welcoming. Being an American- I was concerned with the limited Spanish knowledge I had. That wasn’t an issue at all- as many (if not all) spoke enough English to make my trip run smooth. Only downfall I had was it’s built next to a train thats runs super early in the morning and is super loud (as I am a light sleeper).

Gracias Personal del Hard Rock!
We had a wonderful experience and all staff members were exceptional. My husband had eye surgery while in Guadalajara and we stayed at the Hard Rock post surgery and recovery. The staff was amazing and they even sent a "feel better" cookie to our room. I travel to Guadalajara quite often and I have to say, our stay at the Hard Rock has probably been one of the best hotel experiences while in the city.
