Where to begin...when you initially arrive it looks nice. But from the first meal or snack you start seeing problems. The food was horrible! And the entire resort uses plastic cups at most of the bars. And you will see thosesame cups in the sand or people playing with them. Lets just say not very sanitary! Several people from our group got food poisoning! I wouldn't come here again if it was free!

The food in this place was not good. I get that they are trying to save money because it’s an all inclusive resort but the food was awful. And they always had the same thing for breakfast lunch and dinner. We had to go to the buffet every time because they took forever in the restaurants the two times we went. They didn’t have room service which was a real bummer. Would only refill fridge once every 2 days. And would only leave 6 beers for two days for two adults. They made us pay for two towels we left by the pool when they never made us aware we were supposed to return them, in any other resort we’ve stayed they have bins or they just let us leave them in our rooms. Also only had 2 channels on tv in English.
