Wash your own dishes or be fined
Nice clean motel, but I was surprised by the sign on the wall saying you must wash, dry and put all your dishes back in the cupboard otherwise you will be fined $25. Other motels have told me not to bother washing dishes as they need to rewash them anyway for hygiene reasons. How do we know previous guests have been hygienic? For $265 a night it seems very expensive if you don’t offer cleaning services!

Our unit (#1) had a great view out to the mountains. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Really nice toiletries provided. Our only complaint was that the noise from the television in the adjoining room was very loud and our kids found it difficult to fall asleep (the TVs are wall-mounted and so the sound carries through very easily).

Very clean great facilities, kitchenette bonus laundry on site and close to everything. The only problem was the shower kept going cold we worked out if you turned it off and back on the heat would come back (was annoying) other then that everything else was excellent.

Wanted to book somewhere near mount cook, this one came up, but only found out it was on other side of mountain when we entered it in gps. It would have taken over 6 hours to drive. Explained to hotels.com and hotel itself, but they point blank refused a refund.
