Small but effeicent
Good hotel for the price. Rooms are really really small - smaller than the average small European room. But it is clean, nice & service is good.

A good base-camp for city crawling and exploring
LIKE; Great location, friendly receptionist, tiny mini-bar NOT LIKE: Air Conditioning - intermittently makes loud noise, House keeping - towels and amenity not fully re-supplied on the second day PARTICULARITY- small room with adequate sized bed with clean sheets, warped floor (typical old Parisian apartment) so you have to watch your step

Cute and clean hotel in b/w french restaurants.
The hotel was tucked in between cute fine french restaurants. Looked so cute. The receptionist was so accommodating with early check in. The entry way of the hotel is pretty and clean with nice paintings.

This hotel was great! The room was small but nice and clean. Staff were friendly, location was superb. Lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Would definitely stay again.

Definitely worth the price
This hotel is very convenient to Porte Maillot. The rooms are very small but so Parisian. It’s great for a single person or a couple. I’m a NYer so I’m used to small. I found the narrow hallways and stairs so quaint. And the price can’t be beat. It was very clean which I loved.

There was a towel left hanging on the door that was still wet from the previous stay. But other than that it was a decent hotel.

Unhelpful reception staff & small shabby rooms
July 2018 - Stayed 4 nights to attend conference at Paris Convention centre. Reception staff did nothing except give me room key on arrival, so bare minimum approach and were extremely vague about breakfast provision. Several said I could have breakfast if I wanted it, but were vague implying it might be included in booking. When I checked my reservation booking, it clearly was for a Room only, so I checked the breakfast price on the information in my room, which was 15 Euros - extremely expensive. I then asked at reception very explicitly, if I had booked room only, would I have to pay extra for breakfast? and the answer was Yes. So I said I would seek breakfast elsewhere, which I did, as there are many pavement cafes around which serve very good breakfasts for 9 Euros -- sur place (to sit down there in the café) or cheaper if you wish to take it away (emporter). The carpets are old and shabby, the rooms are small. My room was on the top 4th floor, tiny lift, with old dangerous slanting staircase as alternative. I decided to try a coffee in the bar area next to the reception. It was very poor quality and cost 4 Euros -- very expensive. So I would advise - do not book breakfast -- eat elsewhere. At the end of my stay, I asked for a receipt showing payment of the room, but they refused to print out a receipt for me saying that because Expedia had taken the booking, then I would have to contact Expedia to request an electronic receipt of payment. This was very unhelpful.
