Unpleasant stay in little India

Not a pleasant place to stay. First surprise was that I had to carry a flight of over 20 stairs with my luggage as there was no lift service and they would not help or assist in carrying it to the room. Second the rooms are separated by partition boards and hence everything one speaks next door is heard and is a constant disturbance.

very dirty , dark ( no windows ) ,stairs no lift ,no fridge nothing to sit on , rooms very small just fits 2 double beds next to each other and hard as rocks not a good nights sleep at all . rats (lots) running in the walls and roof at night . Nothing like the photos at all . We wouldn’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone . If you have stayed in Bali this was way worse . Staff great and very helpful with information. Shopping center within 4 mins walk and train station about 5 mins walk . Those were great and easy to get to .

価格相応のホテルだと思います。 部屋の装備はとても質素です。 シャワールームには液体せっけんが１つのみ。それがシャンプーかボディーソープかは不明。 近くのムスタファセンターでシャンプー買った方がよかったかも。 インド街のホテルで、シャワールームにヒータースイッチあり。しばらくONにしていたが、熱々のお湯などまったく期待できない。水に近い感じだった。 部屋のタオルも、バスタオル１枚のみ。ハンドタオルなどありません。 コーヒーメーカーはありますが、多分使わないでしょう。 歯ブラシありました。 それ以外の装備はありません。エアコンとTVはあります。 ベッドは固いけど、大きな問題や不満はありませんでした。 ホテルの部屋の配置から、廊下の足音など、騒音がうるさいということはありませんでした。壁は薄いので、隣の部屋の声などは響きます。 朝食はホテル１階のABCレストラン（インド料理屋）で質素なカレー（カレーとパラタ１枚）です。 ホテル受付で、当日朝クーポンをもらう必要があります。 単に寝るだけで、エアコンとシャワー以外ホテルに求めないなら、手ごろなホテルだと思います。 私もそのつもりだったので、大きな不満はありませんでした。

The hotel is somewhat good. My booking included breakfast and dinner. But they issued coupon to have breakfast and dinner from nearby restaurants. Foods were very low grade. Just I have been cheated.

Close to eateries. Centrally located to Train station , Mustafa big shopping centre. Very uncomfortable beds covered with rubber cover . Very very small rooms . Bathroom is tiny if you are 6 foot may not fit . Hot water was Good with good pressure . AC was good . Quiet while in the room . May be worth for money . Didn’t shop around .

Do not book with those hotel. We saw dead cockroaches in the lobby. The photos are receiving. The staff were not helpful at all. Singapore was great but the hotel experience was unpleasant.

Never opt for this hotel please

It was very lousy, we were given a room on 3rd Floor and there was not a single staff except the person at reception... he asked we need to help ourselves. No drinking water in room so we were advised to arrange a bottle and fill the father from water dispenser in front of room 212. All in all not recommended for family person. They said they offered breakfast, rather they give you coupon of a lousy restaurant next door and they give you only 1 piece of dosa or prantha that’s all. And honestly it was very bad in taste...... I was cursing myself all the time during the trip to let my family go through the ordeal. Highly Non Recommendable. Hotel.com must debar such hotels and don’t know if hotel.com will able to compensate for what I have gone through.

Don't be fooled by the pictures online or the reviews. This is a terrible hotel that is over-charging for what they offer. There was mold in the washroom walls, the soap is cheap and always dripping, the location is not great, the room is small, the breakfast is at an adjoining restaurant and worth S$2 per person. You will easily find something better at this price, even if you want to be around Little India.

Not worth the money with the price I have paid.

The only good things are free breakfast and storing baggages. The rest are terrible such as the old room , toilet , their noisy guests ( most of them are Indian with no manner as they are always make noises and shouting at the night time ) etc. We were lucky that we were quite tired from a long day travelling so we can sleep easier than before. After I told the front staff to tell the room 304 next to me to stop disturbing us then they keep quiet untill we slept. I won’t go back again and wouldn’t recommend any one.

They have very accommodating staff. The only concern is that they do not have a lift, its very difficult bringing your own luggage...make that heavy luggage with no lift and the room assigned to you is on the 4th floor.

I think the stay was ok,however if the hotel could repaint the room and with just a few touches here and there with a little cleaning would be a awesome place!!The breakfast that was complimentary next door was good,however their staff was not friendly.

Dirty room but easy to go to MRT

My room is garret room. At night, there is a cat running on ceiling and bathroom is very dirty there was a sound of water dripping through the water pipe all night. Shower water not working. Have a smell of spices in the hotel. No soundproofing,hear from the outside clearly. It's near Mustafa Center and Farrer park station MRT.

Hotel Owners need to re model the hotel

The room that I stayed in needs to be cleaned. Linens were old and soiled. Bathroom was really tight and need to be regrouted-- too much mold. Staff said that despite the mold, they consider the bathroom and the sheets clean. The staff is polite and helpful enough.
