Such a beautiful place, great location and super nice staff! We also loved the location and the quiet of our room. The staff needs to learn to make a proper espresso, truly. They could up their game on the atmosphere with music in the downstairs and maybe some live greenery. We were there at Christmas and the decorations were dismal. It is just short of how spectacular it could be. It wouldn't take much.

We loved our stay at the Neighbourgood Sutter Mansion. The room was very comfortable, surprisingly quiet, the bed was was heavenly and the bathroom was ‘spa’ like. We did not have the breakfast but the staff offered us espresso drinks and pastries. The entire team was outstanding, very welcoming but not over bearing. If I have anything to wish for more is an elevator for transportation of luggage’s.
