The Best Hotel - Where Luxury Meets Comfort

The hotel was amazing, the place was very clean, it always smelled nice, the service was wonderful, and the breakfast food was always delicious! We especially loved how the hotel was close to many tourist attractions while also having many appetizing restaurants close by. Overall we loved our stay here at RIU hotel and we wish to come back soon!

This is great option for San Francisco. Stay on the Wharf, walk to N Beach, Russian Hill or Telegrapg Hill and have access to public transit to get anywhere in the city. We had a very pleasant stay, I would highly recommend the place

Great place to stay right at the wharf. Wonderful breakfast buffet included and the rooms overall were nice. The only slight for the whole experience was that the bathroom section with the tub and toilet was very cramped.

Was great local. All employees were super nice and helpful. Amazing and Great buffet for breakfast .but was so crowded . Maria was superb in handling all the people in the cafeteria and Tony too...i put 5 stars for being able to watch their wxperteise and handling so many people and efficently .

Ideal location with all the amenities needed

The location was ideal for access to the main attractions at Fisherman’s Wharf. The room was spacious, comfortable. The buffet breakfast was nice with lots of variety and well organised, pretty impressive. The downside was the AC was noisy and we could hear every other guest walking past and every door slamming around our room. I found it to be noisy and we kept waking with all the doors slamming and people talking in the walkway.
