Great location and staff.
Really good, the hotel is in a great location. We didn’t expect it but we’re allowed to check in early as the room was ready. Room was clean and the fridge was cold. All in all highly recommended.

Wonderful beds but slow maintenance to fix heater
Room heater did not work. San Francisco was cold April 29 and 30, 2023. Took 3 tries before we got an excellent maintenance man who took 30-45 minutes to replace heater parts. First night they said it took an engineer to fix and brought us thin blankets. Next day they said it was fixed. It wasn’t. Third time —second night—was a charm because a real maintenance person took the heater unit apart. On the bright side the beds were fabulously comfortable and the TV was perfectly user friendly but it shouldn’t have taken 3 requests to fix heating unit in room 305.

Good location but pool closed.
Good location. The hotel was picked for its location and pool. Very disappointed to find the pool closed. It had been closed for a while and we were not told or we may have changed our booking. There were no facilities for breakfast as the dining room was also closed. Overall it was ok for our stay.
