Very expensive for what it is. A hotel near big Tesco and not much else. Area around hotel is a crime hot spot. Breakfast pathetic, not even an egg! Avoid at all costs, as title suggests you do not get a kettle.

Not worth this price
The room really small, don't even have any cabinet or place to put our luggage. There is no hot water boiler, no free coffee or tea or even water bottle in the room. Hair dryer need to go to reception to borrow. When I open a bit of the window it will be super noisy because the hotel near the highway. Even shut the window still noisy make me difficult to sleep. The light in the room really not enough. Not suggest this hotel for stay by this price.

The electric plug for the shaver was unfunctional in my room. I have reported the problem to the reception, but nothing was done.

We booked a single room for three adults. The room was tiny, nothing like advertised. no air-conditioning at all. No enough space. Also, the hotel is located too far from the barking city.

The room was nice and clean, the first day there was terrible smells from the drain which we reported on the way out and was fixed when we came back innthe evening. We attended a family wedding, so we used the room for the night only for which it served the purpose. There was air con in the room which we used since it was very hot outside. All in all a good experience. There was paid parking 8 £/day, which was convient but add that to the room price then it was not that cheap.

The rooms were the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. Its basically just bedrooms and bothroom. Here are the things which are basic in a hotel: 1 Air Conditioning 2 Table and a chair 3 Iron board 4 Coffee and Tea with electric kettle
