Not an enjoyable stay!
Location of this small boutique hotel is nice, just a few steps from Arc de Triomphe. However, the rooms are tiny, especially with three beds. Elevator is probably 50 years old. Bathroom is tiny and water gets all over if you want to take a bath. Pictures are deceptive. Internet is temperamental especially with iPhone. Front desk gives wrong information about transports. Good that it has a FranPrix store next door.

Marco n Inna Paris
The Riviera was ok but the whole place was small, building, rooms, lift, staircase. Didnt have a breakfast as they werent set up for it properly. More of a contractors type place. Staff excellent. Good location for all the sights. Summary, you get what you pay for.

It was...ok
It was OK. Great location...about 2 blocks from Arc de Triumph and near metro stations However...the shower-head was cracked and despite advising for 3 days...it was never changed. Rooms are small...but in Paris you are barely in the hotel. No lobby or breakfast available It was cozy.. Had to re-connect to wi-fi every time we went out in the AM and returned in the PM.

Some Staff not accommodating
Some staff aren’t helpful. One guy watches streaming videos while I struggle to get their wifi. I’ve been to many hotels so it’s fair to say i know how to get wifi access as long as the portal opens immediately. One guy was plainly blank. And the last was helpful. 1/3 I guess.

Criminal receptionists rob families with kids
RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!The front desk staff - esp.the one with glasses, small beard with darker skin- ripped us off with €15.04 by charging our 4 kids with the local city tax of $1.88€/room/person,however the website clearly states that the hotel policy is NOT charging the city tax for kids under 18.He kept saying Expedia charges not Hotels.com,not even knowing that they are same company. How many families with kids got robbed in this hotel???It would call for a class action in the US.Additionally the staff DOES NOT speak English - claiming"he lives in France",then why working in a hotel with tourists? So the staff in the hotel is NOT "multilangual"as they advertise. He was also very rude, bad talking about me with his colleague in French while I was there, telling me to leave and pretending not to notice us when we got there to check in.HORRIBLE experience,do not stay here you are NOT welcomed there at all.Ruined my entire Paris trip and left the country with a bad taste in my mouth!!!

Dreadful hotel
Absolutely rubbish hotel Room small, dirty, and toilet leaked Lift squeaked and could be heard in the room, and active through the night I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy

DO NOT STAY HERE
The hotel was under construction, live electrical wires all over reception area and stairs, plaster and debris all over the stairs, real safety hazard. bathroom ceiling leaked causing electric shortcircuiting, we were without power for 2 days out of the 3 days we stayed there. There was a heatwave and we had no airconditioning and at risk of some electrical fire. Also the stairs were covered with ripped plastic, significant tripping risk. Only one staff member at the hotel desk each day who could not care less. Asked for price reduction given the situation and middle eastern fellow at the desk would not consider it or call the manager for us. We were not warned there was significant construction going on, and the place should be closed during this time. We paid more than $200 a night, and it was discraceful. Do yourself a favour and find another place.
