Location is about a 10-15 min walk from the Shibuya Station, Great if you take the Airport Limo to the Mark City Station and just walk to the property. Excellent value and a very convenient base for Shibuya. The hotel is around a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station and the famous crossing, with plenty of shops, restaurants and other facilities nearby. Reception staff were helpful throughout. The room was small, as expected in Tokyo, but extremely well designed and planned, so it never felt as cramped as the actual size suggested. The air conditioning was excellent and very welcome during an August stay. A highlight was the complimentary on-site onsen, which was excellent and often surprisingly quiet. The hotel is easy to reach from Narita Airport using the Narita Express to Shibuya. If travelling with luggage, a short taxi ride from the station may be best, although the hotel is walkable. The only thing to be aware of is that Shibuya itself is extremely busy, with queues for many restaurants, and during August I found some shops, malls and restaurants less well air-conditioned than expected. Overall, very good value in an excellent location. I would definitely stay again.
