A great solution for longer stays working in the NL in the future - comfortable, central and perfect for my needs. I would just ask for more crockery (even for 2 people 1 mug/1 shallow plate/ 1 small bowl each is really too little) and more cutlery as well (a ladle would also be great). The kitchen would benefit from (metal) hooks for the tea towel and a couple of placemats for eating in would not go amiss. But this is really minimal adjustments if you consider the comfort provided, and I am already planning my next stay.

Embrace the Technology. Be aware, you must have a phone and whatsapp or the Numa app to make your stay work. But, once you do, this place is excellent. We really enjoyed the co-working space and the proximity to town. Our breakfasts were included and were a great way to start the day.

The place is Good but the experience of self check in was terrível, I was outside with no battery and lucky it wasn’t raining… but this experience where we need to work for the hotel is horrible. At one point the elevator brine doen and there was no one to talk to. The hotel has nobody to support us and the breakfast give us no choice as it is put in limites qtty outside out door where othe people Will have full access to it.

Excellent modern hotel. It’s brand new, so everything is in a great shape. You can get any extras (towels, coffee, etc) 24/7 at the customer’ service room. The bedding is comfortable. Great location. Recommend it for any occasion.

The rooms were nice and suited what I needed for a week stay. I liked the spacious, comfy coworking space, and didn’t mind getting « essentials «  from cupboard to refresh towels, tp, coffee pods etc. But. The whole digital experience was awful. Had a problem with a window that wouldn’t shut at night, and couldn’t sleep with all the noise, it took 12 hours and 1 chatbot, 2 humans to finally come and tell me it broken and just leave it shut. We had a fire alarm at 9am, again no one to tell us when it was clear to return. I kept cancelling breakfast on the app, they kept arriving. Talked to the chatbot about it. They didn’t help. One morning, a human staff member tried to enter my room! To hand me the breakfast- which I didn’t order, and which was supposed to be left at door. Area feels unsafe at night, especially with a passcode to open door, which then closes slowly, and no receptionist. I don’t recommend for solo female travellers.

If you prefer AI chatbots, self checkout at grocery stores, and enjoy AI at work so others profit while you deal with the consequences then this hotel is right for you. First thing's first, this is not a hotel, hotels have staff to help you. There is NO ONE at check in, you have to do everything online, or via app. There is NO ONE to help you out other than a chatbot. If you need something, better hope that AI chatbot can help, otherwise - you're out of luck. Pros: - affordable and centrally located - AC works very well - good soundproofing - kitchenette in room - handicapped accessible bathroom Cons: - absolutely zero support from humans should you need it - bathroom is handicapped accessible but floor does not drain well, so water is everywhere after a shower, the toilet paper is so close to the shower that it'll get wet - kitchenette is available, but pan is barely useable - you are responsible to wash dishes, but no sponge or anywhere to dry - overall the room has an odor, probably from a previous tenant's dog, and because there is no one on site to check whether you are allowed to have a dog, it did smell like they gave their dog a bath in the room Do not get confused, this IS NOT A HOTEL, this is tech reinventing a hotel, optimized for cost cutting, so that they make more while you have a worse experience. If you like that, this is the place for you.

O hotel é muito perto de metrô, comércios e tal e a estadia foi ótima. Não tem atendimento humano, mas as respostas são muito rápidas e resolutivas. O quarto, a cama e o travesseiro sáo uma delícia, fem frigobar e um microondas no quarto e aquecedor de toalhas no banheiro.
