    Relaxing clean place.

    Nice Hotel so clean and Staff very polite and informative. Would prefer the normal buffet breakfast but due to covid 19 restrictions only breakfast in a bag was available and not great. The only massive downside to this hotel is the parking charge of 28 euros completely over the top when you consider local secure parking will ost about 16 euros per 24 hours. HOLIDAY INN NEED TO REVIEW THIS URGENTLY.

    Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De kamer was schoon. De ligging is centraal. Het bed was erg smal en de kamer was gehorig. Kwam deels door de tussendeur Het afhaalontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde. Op de kamer was er geen goede plek voor het nuttigen van het ontbijt. Je kon niet met twee aan het bureau zitten.

    Excellent value for money

    We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was on the small side, but quiet, clean and modern. Location was great for us. It was a short walk to the station and several tram lines stopped right in front. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, served in paper sacks because of C19, but perfectly fine. My one criticism was the long wait times for the elevators. Only two of the four were in use. The rules stated only one person/family unit at a time, making the situation even worse. We took the elevator once and then chose to use the stairs for the rest of our three day stay. We were only on the third floor, but I’m sure that it was frustrating for the guests on the higher floors and others who had difficulty with climbing stairs. All in all, excellent value for money.

    Simple instructions Staff unable to process.

    Arrived to find out they won't be doing breakfast, I asked about the rate I was paying and they said the B.Fast was free, I explained it was included in the price as per there posters littered around the lift lobby etc, they didn't want to help, I asked for the manager to call, but they failed to call me, I was locked out of my room as the city tax had not been paid, the following day I asked again, but no call, I felt they are unable to undertake simple steps to assist customers, this hotel was a total letdown, Also I requested for the maid not to clean my room by putting the sign on the handle, she decided to still clean my room and put the hanger back in the room, what the hell are they doing, unable to process simple tasks
