This place is great! Feels like a very upscale hotel - robes and slippers, plenty of towels, shower and deep tub, comfortable beds, good AC. There was plenty of room downstairs to hang or work if you wanted space outside the room. The breakfast buffet looked great. Free fruit and cold water in the lobby each day. Not far from transport - walkable with bags.

I switched to this hotel as it had proper ac an a great location. The staff were excellent, in every dept. Great pool an gym. Executive lounge was great for a snack or light breakfast. I loved the large selection of newspapers. I most certainly would stay here again, 5 min walk to Tower of London an the bridge. There was a Tesco near by an a chain pub right across the street.Wetherspoon I think.

Great location for our trip, 5-10 minute steady stroll to the Tower Hill tube station, great being so close to Tower Bridge to wander around the area at night to see it all lit up. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, staff extremely friendly and welcoming. (Concierge from Manchester sorry forgot your name but fantastic service and nice to have a chat with) if I had one point to mention it would be the spa area, great size pool and great to have sauna, spa and steam room but all were rather colder than I like, spa and sauna especially but that wouldn’t stop me booking here for my next London trip. In fact it’s highly likely I will rebook here again.
