A bit dated, someone else’s socks left in the room behind the small cabinet that I ended up moving to put my suitcase on, the bed had body dents on either side (ridge in the middle), not enough plug points, overall pretty average I was lucky to stay at the back away from the busy road.

Very welcoming place. A happy stay.
Anouk and Gerard were absolutely brilliant hosts, giving us such a lot of really useful information. They were very friendly and kind in general. Thank you. The location is great for exploring the Otago area. The walk down the amazing beach to a wonderful Italian restaurant was really special.

Nice stay close to the beach
I had a really nice to stay. The motel is wll located, really close to the beach. The room was really big, with everything you need. I liked the little welcome cakes, they were yummy. The team is nice and welcoming. I recommend this place for your next stay in Dunedin!

The place was clean but very tired bed was like sleeping on an angled roof with a high peak in the middle servicing of apartment would have been good if they replaced the towels but had to use the same ones 3 days in a row still damp cause they dont replace them tried to leave heatpump on during the day but they turn that off so you come back to a cold flat .toilet doesnt flush very well

the property is run and managed by a family, who reside on the property. I arrived early after notifying over email. In advance. The email was not received. The room was neat and clean but isn't business friendly as it doesn't have enough power sockets to attach multiple devices. Also there is no provisions for groceries or food nearby and you have to travel a distance to get essentials. There is no guest waiting room and after check out they almost are ready to push you away from the property even while you are waiting for your ride pick up I requested for a late check out fdue to a flight cancellation and the first Th hung they asked for was payment for the extra three hours!! I won't rebook agian
