A Room without a View
Customer service throughout was excellent. Breakfast was ok. My room was on the 7th floor overlooking the dark front entrance of the hotel. There was no natural light even during the day.

Amazing views
From the minute the airport transfer dropped us and staff greeted us at the front door to the breakfast that we loved , the amazing views from our balcony the cleaning staff, the speed of the lifts. We absolutely loved our stay. Our only issue was the aircon in the room got very hot through the night and wouldn’t go lower. Obviously controlled by hotel and made sleeping uncomfortable some nights. We would definitely return. Great location and easy walk to restaurants and all your needs in town

The room and the view were great. It was not easy to get down to the main road by foot. Slippery roads on a steep incline should not be part of entering or leaving without a car.

We just had 3 nights at Hotel St Moritz and from the moment we arrived we knew we had made a great choice. Awesome location just a few minutes walk from town but that right distance away to be so quiet and with amazing views of the lake. We had the 1 bedroom Lakeview room which were so spacious and comfortable. Beautiful decor and amenities. Breakfast was a great experience with plenty of choice and more of those spectacular views. Highly recommended.

Loved the view from dining room and beautiful lobby. Hill setting a bit challenging after a big night. Our only disappointment was calling reception to check we could watch the Warriors game in our room to be told I think so but you will have to check. We were at a sports bar when we called. It was playing the game. We risked the walk home. And yes did have the game ... so spent some time in the hot tub before kickoff
