I had a few questions prior to our stay and both my emails went unanswered. We arrived 20 minutes past check in but our room wasn't ready and the front desk staff said it to come back in 1.5 hours! We were in the back building that was accessed via a lovely courtyard but the corridors looked like we were in a old hospital wing. The room was very dated with the carpet being very stained. Definitely needs upgrading. The parking was difficult if you have a large car. The hotel was in a nice location about a 10 min walk from the main town centre. We were there for my daughters birthday and it was disappointing that this was not acknowledged.

Staff were amazing and a big thank you for the upgrade in the room. Room was clean , the only down side was some of the furniture needs replacing and up dating, but that is nit picking. Very happy with my experience and would recommend to family and friends.

This was an awesome place to stay for our time in Queenstown. Public bus from the airport stops right next to peppers making it super easy to get there. Beautiful across from the lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful and good local knowledge. We were very happy!!!!!
