The building itself is nice, clean, charming and historic. The morning cooking and cleaning staff were very polite and helpful. But otherwise, there was no one there other than these nice but totally alone 2 people (only there in the morning). Any kind of problem with anything else and any time, you are completely on your own. The breakfast was only from 8 - 9 AM, and because I had a 8 AM appointment somewhere else, I couldn't eat there. Fortunately, the cook was nice and made a take-away box for me. However, the rental agreement was terrible. I didn't know when I booked it that I would have to sign such a document. Make sure you read it before you sign, and do it before your cancellation refund date. I only realized it after the date for my refund had passed or I would definitely have cancelled. And make sure you read the rules. If you don't like worrisome agreements/contracts, definitely steer clear of this place. Its proximity to my morning meeting place is the reason I chose this place. But there is nowhere to buy something to eat or drink. You have to bring your own food, which is buried in the information they send you after you book. There is no microwave in the room, etc. At least there is a refrigerator and a coffee machine with a bottle of water next to it.
