Good but not great
It’s a nice alternative to the higher priced resorts a few miles away, The staff was friendly and accommodating. The property is nice, clean and central enough to get to the famous beach spots in minutes. It was great that they had beach chairs and equipment to check out for day use.
The jacuzzi is weak with no jet flow or bubbles. I picked the location as this is a benefit after golfing and was extremely disappointed to find it just a stream of hot water.
I must say my experience was terrible dealing with the bistro. Over 20 minute wait for a cup of coffee while I watch 4 of 5 people stand there and do absolute nothing. I even have a video of it. Then when I finally do get to the counter they tell me I have to pay at the front desk and come back and wait in line again for my order. Totally unorganized, no leadership or management to direct staff. Several customers were visibly upset and the staff was not aware of the surroundings, didn’t communicate properly to let people know the system was down? How about dividing the responsibilities among the staff to create a great customer service experience out of a bad situation.
This is typical of American customer service, they don’t care about the job or the people therefore you get mediocre service and your expected to like it because getting people to work is hard right now. Excuses. You lead or follow.
