1) Fridge was not cold at all 2) Public bath was out of service and it doesn't seem that the hotel owner planned to renovate anytime soon 3) There was only one room key 4) The drying machine was not cleaned/maintained properly by the staff, so our clothes were still wet after an hour's drying. We paid about 40,000 yen per night for this terrible service and facility, and I'm wondering why the hotel has the audacity to claim itself a 3-star?

こうであったら嬉しい
部屋全体が少し暗い。調節が出来るなり、手元ライトがどこかにあったらよかった。 40代半ばぐらいになると老眼に入ってくるので化粧やスマホが見にくくなるんです。 後、リセッシュとか化粧水とか乳液とかのアメニティがあったら嬉しかった。 その他は部屋もキレイで普通に過ごしやすかったです。

観光地から離れていて静かでリーズナブル。部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。清掃はリモコンの上にほこりが沢山乗っていましたがそれ以外は清潔です。注意するべきなのは、スリッパがないことです。靴を脱いでリラックスできないことが残念。パジャマは200円の有料レンタルです。使い捨てスリッパがせめて販売してあるといいなと思いました。朝食は最低1600円台からと高め。ウォーターサーバーとコーヒーがロビーに用意してあるのが嬉しかったです。
