We checked in and got given a lower ground room, asked for one with a view and the hotel upgraded us free of charge. The room is lovely and clean, had a nice shower with good pressure and comfortable mattress. The cafe downstairs was great - so easy to pop down for breakfast or an afternoon snack and coffee. The burger on the rooftop bar was also 10/10. We cancelled one night in Osaka so we could stay here longer.
