Comfortable Stay
We had a great stay! The hotel has a spa bath for guest at ¥1700 which included two entries for the night and the following morning. Parking at the hotel was easy and charged per day at ¥2000 for hotel guests.

The hot spring service is good but I think they can provide more details to instruct how to do a hot spring properly in a Japanese way as it is quite confusing for the residents. Some facilities were placed in an odd way, for example, there was no bedside cabinet on the one side of the bed and there were two lamps on the only one cabinet. Location is very convenient with famous cafe and Starbucks all around. It only takes 2-3 minutes from subway.

The reception area is too small. We arrived early and told us to come back at 3 pm and said our room would be ready and we had our passports registered. Yet when came back at the said time, there were many arrivals waiting to check-in for room. And we noticed that our check-in process was not done so we were back to the last list of check in. So I made a complaint, did not get result, may be language matter, just gave a paper of sequence to get check-in, so we were the last at that time. With much further explanation, we got handled, but look like we jumped the queue.
