A stay exceeding expectations!
An amazing stay! We were greeted with a delightful welcome treat of Prosecco, beer and local cookies. The service was fantastic. Anything we had questions about or wanted restaurant recommendations, Mark and Barnaba were immediately helpful in fulfilling. Highly recommend based on location and service.

Nice clean room. Very central location. More like and air b&b with a code to enter and no reception. We didn’t expect the bathroom to be shared between two guest rooms and across the hallway, although it seemed we were the only ones using it the days that we were there. Nice owner / host who message and invited us on a boat trip with 8 guests today for €40 per person which was worth it.

We arrived at night. We were unable to locate the property and were hung up on several times. Once we found the place (from someone else) we had to ring the buzzer several times to get help. Good location though. Would absolutely not recommend unless you are familiar with the area.

AirBnB NOT hotel, almost invaded
They say it's a hotel but it's more like an airbnb. They give you a code to the main door and then you follow the signs to your room. There's no front desk much less people there to help with bags, give directions, etc. This place has no elevator so you have to walk up several flights of stairs, especially if you stay in the room PASERO. We got the junior suite, and walked all the way up four flights of stairs with luggage. Our room was in the attic with a door dividing the attic side and the bed. It was actually pretty cool but the attic part was hot. THEN to make matters worse, at 1 am we hear someone coming up the stairs and freak out because they are trying to enter the code into our room. (This would be a nice time to call the front desk if there was one). We yelled through the door and the person on the other side was very confused (and tired from the stairs) and said they booked the same room. And were given the same code and name of the room as us. We didnt open the door because we are two women in a foreign country, so the guy and a woman left. We tried texting the number but no one answered until 6am and said they gave that couple the wrong information because we both had spanish last names. He also said he hasnt heard from them so who knows what happened to that couple. The reason this has 2 stars and not 1 is because the room was charming, but the AirBnB advertised as a hotel, the intrusion in the middle of the night, hot room and lack of personnel was wrong.

Perfect location and lovely apartment and staff
A wonderful apartment with separate bedrooms and a roof terrace that was ideal for my family, including my 7 and 9 year old children. The location was perfect and the staff were super attentive and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

6/10 Good

OK experience, changed location and lots of stairs
Overall our stay was very nice but overpriced for the property and room that we had. While our room was large (bedroom, separate living area, bathroom), there were no windows so it was very dark. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. While we were ok, please note that the property had a lot of stairs and no elevator so it you have a hard time with stairs, this is not a good spot for you. We had a lot of stairs up to our room in the attic and no one to help you. The hotel provided two bottles of water and Prosecco, plus coffee. No breakfast was included. I will note that the original property we were supposed to stay at got damaged by rain water leaking so our checkin took a bit longer than we would have liked…we went to the first property, couldn’t find it, had to call, then found out our room was not available, then checked in at a second property, then still had to go to a third property where our room was located. While the staff was very nice, it was a lot and took a lot of time out of our very short 2 night stay. The new location was not as convenient to our tours and reservations as our original reservation. One thing we really liked was that the hotel will arrange a daily boat tour at 6 PM each day that goes all around the lagoon for an hour for 40 euros. It was a nice experience. I recommend the tour - you will see a lot more canals than a gondola ride.

The bathroom & rest room was not in my room. Honestly, I have found not comfortable. It was difficult at night. except this issue for my room, the rest was good. Maybe they have other rooms with bathroom and rest room in your rooms.

Most sweetest housekeeper ever. Her english wasn’t the best but she was able to communicate well with us. The only thing is that I found a spider in my sheets and it bit me. The room we booked was on the highest floor, but our restroom was inconveniently on the floor underneath. We had our own living room with access to the shared outdoor terrace which was very beautiful.

2/10 Poor

Overall, this experience was a complete trap
The hotel has a room that doesn’t match the photos, located on the first floor next to the entrance to the upstairs rooms, with a noisy wooden staircase. The main issue is the private bathroom is outside the room, right in front of the entrance. This creates an awkward situation: if someone opens the entrance door, you can’t open your room door, and if the door is left open, you might get stuck in the bathroom. At night, going to the bathroom becomes uncomfortable since you need to dress fully before leaving the room, as you might run into others in the hallway. The room has no sink, and the windows face a wall about 50 cm away. The shower is under the wooden stairs, so the constant noise of suitcases and shoes makes it feel like a bus station bathroom. While the bathroom photo on the app is accurate, the hotel doesn’t clarify that the bathroom is outside and in the hallway, nor are there photos of this specific room. The hotel charges hotel rates but functions more like a hostel. The room isn’t old, and they provide coffee capsules and water daily, but breakfast isn’t included. They do offer two mini sparkling wines as a welcome gesture. The soap and shampoo are low quality, and there’s no full-length mirror, only a small one in the bathroom, which lacks space for personal items.

View from the room door.
The staircase leading to the rooms is right next to the entrance door of the room.

Majapaikka todella hyvällä ja keskeisellä sijainnilla. Huone todella siisti ja yleisilme jo rappukäytävässä todella siisti. Ainoa negatiivinen asia kohteessa oli käytävällä oleva erillinen wc ja suihku jonka olisin toivonut olevan omassa huoneessa. Muuten kaikki oli todella hyvin hoidettu.
