The room was clean but there was no shampoo and soap in the bathroom , so we asked the reception and they gave us soap. The wifi was so weak that we couldn't even surf. The personal were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly Staffs. Breakfst it was basic. The mattress of beds it was tragic!!!! The heat of room it was very lightly. the mattresses were terrible!!!! The heating in the room was non-existent!!! The outside temperature was 4 degrees Celsius. The next day we woke up sick from the back and also from the cold.

Gut, aber ....
Hotels selbst von Empfang über Service und Optik in Ordnung. Man merkt aber hier und da: es ist schon älter z.B.: im Bad die nicht mehr festen Regale, Absplitterungen, Föhn geht nicht, die Tür zum Zimmer schliesst nicht sauber etc. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten. Was (für mich) aber gar nicht geht: die viel zu weichen Matrazen, Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert. Und über die Preise an der Bar sollte man sich auch enmal Gedanken machen: knapp 8 € für ein großes Bier: das ist unverschämt, auch die Essenspreise: viel zu hoch. Davon abgesehen würde ich aber wieder hier buchen.
