Well worth it!!!

Overall it was auch a spectacular stay. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The area was fantastic. Beaches, pool, restraunt and convenient store within walking distance. Sunset views on the ocean. Whole family loved it.

Really enjoyed Kahana villa. Our apartment was at the end og building E very close to the highway. So there was quite some noise in the evening and during the night. But apart from that, it was all really good. I would definitely come back another time

The condo is located in a quieter section of Maui. We sat on our lanai and watched whales! Restaurants within walking distance. The only complaint was the bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on.

Parking was convenient and space was nice. The bathroom had hair in shower and on counter. Check-in was difficult because the office has very limited hours so you have tp walk up the street to another property to check-in. The worst part was that there was NO AIR-CONDTIONING in the bedroom, only a fan. This was not in advertisement!

Best Deal in Lahaina

Best deal in Lahaina, although 15 minutes from town. Very quiet. Late Check in was a little confusing, but the morning receptionist was super friendly and juggling phone calls and people. Property is older, but grounds are gorgeous. Quiet location. Excellent for families. Only 4 stars because we had to figure out a way to cool the master bedroom, which was a sauna. On the good side, $20 per night resort fee is very very cheap for Hawaii.

The property is good overall but the unit they gave us was not good. Firstly we had booked it for three nights, the bathroom was smelling a lot. On the first day they gave a notice to stay out for 2-3 hours and they are having pest inspection, which is very odd. They cannot ask customers to stay out for these, they should have just given us the unit which is already inspected so we should never have to stay out.

Front desk communication when we checked in should have been better in advising us to park in the garage, use luggage trolleys and elevator to get our 3 suitcases to the 6th floor. From the parking lot in front of the reception, you need to climb 2 sets of stairs to get to the elevator. Later, when our toilet backed up and overflowed on to the floor, it took 3 calls (1.5 hours of vacation time) before maintenance arrived. This is an older property with no air conditioning but does have multiple fans. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Kitchen had basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils, but was not well stocked (oil, spices, foil, plastic wrap, zip lock bags, ect) and gave us the impression that no one ever “cooked”.
