Value for money
Very friendly staff, attentative and helpful. We booked room 300 with balcony and it was really nice with good value for money. Only thing to be aware of is, that the double-doors don’t close properly and therefore this room is quite noisy. Breakfast was fine with selection of eegs, pancakes or pho along with toast etc. we did miss some juice though, cause they only serve Coffey, tea and water.

We booked 3 separate reservations at Liliane Hotel while making side trips to other locations in Vietnam. We absolutely loved the Liliane. The staff were very welcoming from the start and went out of their way to accommodate us; they even started breakfast 30 minutes early one day when we had a trip planned. Beds and bedding were excellent; room was clean and quiet; breakfast was superb with made to order items. Thank you again, Hotel Liliane!

Liliane Hotel was perfectly located for us in the centre of old town, in 'hardware street'. Easy to walk everywhere, plenty of food and shopping options. Room was in the older, streetfront building with a small balcony. Great aircon and fan kept things cool, bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was very clean.

From check in to check out everything went smoothly here . Upon booking was immediately messaged and welcomed and told prices for ride from airport . Our driver was prompt and safe and picked us up with no problems and good price . Was able to drop our bags while we waited for checkin . Room was decent size for the area and was cleaned daily . The breakfast had plenty of choices everyday and there was a place to refill waters for free . Area was quieter which we loved and would welcome after being near the lake or beer street with lots of bars and restaurants near by .

Well located in the old quarter and surprisingly quiet, this hotel has a decent breakfast with made to order omelettes. Free water and coffee/tea through the day. Laundry service is well priced and effective.

Amazing stuff going an extra mile to help you in every situation, I can't imagine better 5* service! I was sick and my friend left a hat on sleeping bus and they made everything to get it back and handed to us during breakfast, which was so far the best breakfast in Vietnam with selection of . We got very nice room and felt at home staying the second time in this hotel- I hardly recommend
