My room was quiet, clean, comfortable. Room service was quick and delicious. Excellent hotel. The only downside is that it is a bit of a walk from the parkade (for someone who has mobility issues and lugging bags).

Loved the hotel but not really good for those disabled that can walk. Had to walk really far to check in and get to room. Was really disappointed with the check in process and distance from area to park care and check in desk with my disability.
